Please note:
This is a draft version of BioPAX Level 2 intended to generate discussion and feedback
from the community; significant revisions are likely.  The first release version of
BioPAX Level 2 will be labled version 1.0; it will be accompanied by example files
and more extensive documentation.

1.  File Descriptions

The following files are included in this distribution of BioPAX:

biopax-level2.owl

This is the main definition file for BioPAX Level 2.  It contains the BioPAX
Level 2 ontology, encoded in the Web Ontology Language (OWL).


biopax-level2-documentation.pdf
-------------------------------
This document summarizes the changes that have been made in this version of BioPAX since
the previous release, BioPAX Level 1, version 1.2.  It includes descriptions of the new
classes and properties.  The document assumes familiarity with the Level 1 documentation,
located here: http://www.biopax.org/release/biopax-level1-documentation.pdf
