Please note:
This is a release candidate of BioPAX Level 2 intended to be very near complete and
to be implemented by developers.  Minor bugs or omissions in the ontology and documentation
may exist.  These should be reported to the biopax-discuss list so they can be fixed before
a final release.

1.  File Descriptions

The following files are included in this distribution of BioPAX:

biopax-level2.owl

This is the main definition file for BioPAX Level 2.  It contains the BioPAX
Level 2 ontology, encoded in the Web Ontology Language (OWL).

This document summarizes the changes that have been made in this version of BioPAX since
the previous release, BioPAX Level 1, version 1.2.  It includes descriptions of the new
classes and properties.  The document assumes familiarity with the Level 1 documentation,
