BioPAX Level 1, version 0.5.2 (draft release)

  • Release date - February 5, 2004


  • Release notes - Please note that this version of BioPAX is at draft-release stage. This release provides a preview of the BioPAX pathway data exchange format in order to generate discussion and feedback from the community, which we will use to refine the ontology. Large changes, based on community feedback, may be made before the next draft is released.


  • Changes since last release - The Protege and OWL files have been updated to work with the production release of Protege 2.0.


  • License - The ontology files and accompanying documentation are freely available under the GNU LGPL license.
